Anyone wishing to submit a poster for the NAF-CRRF 2019, can now submit a poster for consideration, please email your poster as a .pdf attachment to Valencia at gaspardv@uoguelph.ca‘.
Posters will be accepted until October 1st.
As printing is not available at the conference site, all posters must be printed prior to arrival.
All posters can be entered into the Poster Competition, scheduled for the banquet reception on Friday, October 4, 2019.
We encourage all poster presenters to hang their posters early in the conference, so that you can interact with conference delegates during the breaks. However, in effort to highlight the posters, the conference will feature a poster session before the banquet, from 6 to 7 pm on Friday, October 4th, 2019, at which time we will ask you to make short presentations on your poster as conference delegates circulate. An award for the best poster will be presented, based on ballots submitted by delegates.
